Out in September 26th 2017 #10 in the Guild Hunter series
I cannot wait to buy this book, I have all of the books so far from the guild hunter series, they never get boring as each book is about a different character from the same story, so as we follow the wild fantasy of all these friends, we also get to have a better look into each on of their lives while following the story line.
Fantasy, vampires, Angels and hunters…..
Hello to all my book followers 🙂 this post is for you today.
I know I have not read in a while but I have been super hectic and sitting down to read does not seem like it is going to happen at the moment so bare with me.
Here is a stack of the books I have yet to read an I am super excited all these apart from the bottom ones are books that twitter, instagram followers and my blog followers have recommended to me:
A touch of Crimson-A Renegade Angels Novel (Sylvia Day- Author of the Crossfire series).
A hunger so wild- A Renegade Angels Novel (Sylvia Day).
Angels Flight- Guild Hunter series ( Nalini Singh).
A shade of vampire (Bella Forrest).
A shade of blood (Bella Forrest).
Revealed- A House of Night novel (P.CC & Kristen Cast).
I am looking forward to read all these books, as you may be able to tell these are all supernatural/paranormal books with romance which is my favourite to read. The reason they are my favourite is because I can get lost into a whole different world and read about problems that don’t exist.
Once I have completed the book Revealed I will do another review as I am only on page 67 as I only had an hour to read it.
Hope you all liked this and if you have read these books leave comments below and I will include them in my reviews, just NO SPOILERS. Lol don’t ruin them for me.
Speak soon (Don’t forget to follow me).
Hello book lovers, I told you I would finish this book so
n, it took me 3 days in total to read and Oh my Goodness I wish it never finished.
Angels are falling from the sky in New York, struck down by a vicious, unknown force.
Vampires are dying impossibly of disease.
Guild hunter Elena Deveraux and the Archangel Raphael must discover the source of the wave of death before it engulfs their city and their people, leaving New York a ruin and Raphael’s Tower under siege by enemy archangels.
Yet even as they fight desperately to save the city, an even darker force is stirring, its chill eyes trained on New York…and on Raphael. Rivers of crimson and nightmares given flesh, the world will never again be the same…
I was stuck into this book so much because Elena and Raphael became the main characters again which I have been waiting for in two books.
In this book You see Elena warming up to becoming a Consort and how the way she behaves can make Raphael more powerful and herself intimidating. I love how Elena still keeps pushing at her consort to see how far she can go before he intimidates her with his power. You see Elena worry for Raphael as he begins to have subtle changes of power which can be lethal to Elena.
Raphael on the other hand learns to use his consort to release his power and keep him sane, while battling his new powers which he has yet to handle. Whilst finding out who is the reason behind the Cascade and what he can do to stop it while abnormal actions threaten his city.
Here are a few quotes from the book:
“You are wearing no panties with another male in the room?Raphael ran his hand down Elena’s spine and over her lower curves, searching for lines and finding nothing but firm feminine flesh. You truly aren’t
Elena’s shoulders shook, deep creases in her cheeks. Oh, my God, you’re scandalized! Eyes tearing up in the effort to fight her laughter, she pressed her hands to his chest and stared down at the floor.Should I tell you I did find a way to wear a knife? In a thigh sheath.
Of course you did. What do panties matter so long as you have your steel.”
“My mother,” he said, “has invited us to a ball.”
Elena pulled a blade from one of the butter-soft forearm sheaths that had been a gift from Raphael. “Excuse me while I stab myself in the eyes-and disembowel myself while I’m at it.”
“Arms wrapped around his neck, she kissed his temple. “I’m sorry I scared you.” It wasn’t the done thing for an archangel to admit fear, but he was hers, and she’d hurt him without meaning to; it was up to her to fix her mistake.
His wings shifted, but he didn’t extricate their bodies. “I didn’t know fear until you, Elena. Use the power wisely.”
I hope you are all interested and will go to buy the series I don’t know how I have never read them before, you will be captivated from the beginning till the end.

Revealed by PC & Kristen Cast
Hello everyone, I love talking about the books that I have read however I am struggling to find the time to read my books at the moment, so today I thought I would suggest 3 books to you which are a series by an author called Nalini Singh.
Vampire hunter Elena Deveraux knows she is the best- but she does not know if even she is good enough for this job. Hired by the dangerously beautiful archangel Raphael, a being so lethal that no mortal wants his attention, Elena knows failure is not an option—even if the task is impossible.
Because this time, it’s not a wayward vamp she has to track. It’s an archangel gone bad.
The job will put Elena in the midst of a killing spree like no other—and pull her to the razor’s edge of passion. Even if the hunt does not destroy her, succumbing to Raphael’s seductive touch just might. For when archangels play, mortals break.
Vampire hunter Elena Deveraux wakes from a year-long coma to find herself changed—an angel with wings the colors of midnight and dawn—but her fragile body needs time to heal before she can take flight. Her lover, the stunningly dangerous archangel, Raphael, is used to being in control—especially when it comes to the woman he considers his own. But Elena has never done well with authority.
They’ve barely begun to understand each other when Raphael receives an invitation to a ball from the archangel, Lijuan. To refuse would be a sign of fatal weakness, so Raphael must ready Elena for the flight to Beijing—and to the nightmare that awaits them there. Ancient and without conscience, Lijuan holds a power that lies with the dead. And she has organized the most perfect and most vicious of welcomes for Elena.
Nalini Singh steps back into the shadows of her heartbreakingly original world where angels rule, vampires serve, and the innocent can pay the greatest price of all …Vampire hunter Elena Deveraux and her lover, the lethally beautiful archangel Raphael, have returned home to New York only to face an uncompromising new evil …A vampire has attacked a girls’ school – the assault one of sheer, vicious madness – and it is only the first act. Rampant bloodlust takes vampire after vampire, threatening to make the streets run with blood. Then Raphael himself begins to show signs of an uncontrolled rage, as inexplicable storms darken the city skyline and the earth itself shudders. The omens are suddenly terrifyingly clear. An ancient and malevolent immortal is rising. The violent winds whisper her name: Caliane. She has returned to reclaim her son, Raphael. Only one thing stands in her way: Elena, the consort who must be destroyed …
Now if you are looking for an erotic book but you love the fantasy twist with vampires, angels, action and love! Then these three books are definitely for you…..
These books include vampires, angels, hunters and more. Whilst being based in Newyork.
There are more books in the series however these three books are about the same two characters and follows an Archangel in charge of New york, and a female Guild hunter who hunts vampires who have escaped from their angel lords.
Let me tell you now I have been so hooked on these books I read them in one week last year, they are that good!
In these books there are very hot and sexual scenes 😉 as well as the best romance story which is forbidden, dangerous and steamy.
I hope this gave you all an inside look.
Please read my bookshelf from goodreads which is in my right hand bar, where all the books I have read are shown.
